Who should use Soho Premium?
All SOHOs—and everyone who wants to become a SOHO—who want to make their business better, faster, and easier to run. Soho Premium offers you more customers, more peace of mind, and more flair.
Who can use partner discounts?
All Soho Premium members automatically qualify for partner discounts. Due to partner location restrictions, certain partnerships are only available in the United States.
How do I start using my Soho Premium features?
Many of your Soho Premium features are activated automatically. To see all your benefits and set your preferences, go to My Account > Settings > Purchased Items.
What is a PlanetSoho VIP Card?
When you sign up for Soho VIP, you’ll get a link to your personalized PlanetSoho VIP Card. Print it out and put it in your wallet, so you can use it whenever you visit participating partner businesses.
Bring your PlanetSoho VIP card to a FedEx Office location, and you can have it laminated for free (call first; not all stores have a lamination machine).
Where is my PlanetSoho VIP Card?
After you sign up for Soho Premium, just go to My Account > Settings > PlanetSoho VIP. Then click Print your card.
What is this number on my PlanetSoho VIP Card?
Use the ten-digit ID number on your PlanetSoho VIP Card to get up to 30% off at FedEx Office locations across the US and online.
How do I use my discounts and other benefits?
When you sign up for Soho Premium, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to redeem your discounts at participating businesses.
What is Soho Storefront?
Soho Storefront is a beautifully designed online shop that lets you sell your products and services online.
What do the Email Marketing Solution numbers mean, exactly?
The numbers are the total number of emails you can send per month with each bundle. Soho Basic users can try the Email Marketing Solution for free. Soho Bronze members can send group emails to up to 100 people per month. Soho Silver members can send group emails to up to 1,000 people per month. Soho Gold members can send group emails to up to 3,000 people per month.
What’s the deal with Data Backup?
All PlanetSoho members’ account info is automatically backed up and kept safe in the cloud. Soho Premium members can choose to receive a weekly email containing their account data in a CSV file, which can be managed in any spreadsheet program (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
What is the difference between the Basic Set and the Full Set of Designer Invoice Templates?
The Basic Set contains four invoice templates. The Full Set contains an additional eight custom-designed invoice templates.
How do I upgrade to a different bundle?

How do I go back to being a Soho Basic member?

How do I get Snail Mail?
It’s simple! Just go to the Snail Mail feature and follow the simple setup steps.
Is Snail Mail available worldwide?
Snail Mail is currently only available within the United States.
How much does Snail Mail cost?
All PlanetSoho members get one Snail Mail credit (we call them "envelopes") for free. After that, you can purchase bundles of envelopes. Click here to view pricing.
Do Snail Mail envelopes cost less for Premium (VIP) customers?
Yes. By becoming a Premium member, the cost is greatly discounted. See the pricing page here.
How soon is my invoice mailed?
PlanetSoho’s goal is to mail the invoice as a printed bill (with a reply envelope) the next business day after we receive it. This means before noon Pacific Standard Time, USA. Best case, we will mail it the same day, but plan for next-day mailing.
Is this mailed with first-class postage? How long does it take?
Yes. Envelopes are sent First Class pre-sort to get there faster. It should take 3–4 business days via US Postal Service. PlanetSoho cannot be responsible for USPS delivery times or any delays in the USPS system.
What if my customer doesn’t receive the bill?
PlanetSoho will work with you to ensure that the bill has been sent. However, it is your responsibility to follow up with your customer to make sure he or she did receive the bill and that the addresses used (yours and the customer's) are accurate, deliverable addresses.
Is PlanetSoho liable if my customer claims non-receipt of his or her bill?
PlanetSoho is not a collection service. The responsibility remains on our users to follow up and be diligent in collecting their invoices. If we have made an error that resulted in non-delivery, we will only be responsible for reimbursement of any fee related to the Snail Mail service or, alternatively, we will be happy to send another bill at no charge.
Can my customer pay by credit card using Snail Mail invoices?
Yes, your customer can refer to the online invoice that is an exact replica of the mailed invoice and elect to pay by credit card, PayPal, or any other method available through PlanetSoho. Our payment options are expanding all the time.
Will my customer still receive an online invoice via email?
Yes, if you choose to send the invoice by email as well as Snail Mail. It’s up to you. Since it’s free to send invoice via email, we encourage you to do so if you think it will “remind” your customer to watch his or her mailbox. You know your customer best./span>
Can my customer pay the bill in cash?
We discourage you from receiving cash in the mail for a variety of reasons, including the USPS’s recommendation against sending cash in the mail.
