PlanetSoho provides you with a default terms and conditions statement. We strongly recommend that you customize the terms and conditions statements to better fit your business. Your terms and conditions will appear on every invoice or estimate you send to a lead or client, and every purchase order you send to a vendor.

Follow these steps to change your default terms and conditions:

1. Click on My Account in the top right.
2. Select Settings.
3. Under the General heading, choose Terms and Conditions.
4. Enter your company's terms and conditions.
5. Click on Save.
