1. ACTIVITY OVERVIEW
The object of this Activity is to fill in the given boxes in the designated page, click to publish your Planetsoho profile and share if wish so on Facebook, for the Prize of $1,000, to be awarded to the 1000th person who publishes. No other compensation will be provided.

3. BINDING AGREEMENT
In order to enter the Activity, you must agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules"). Therefore, please read these Official Rules prior to entering to guarantee that you understand and agree to the terms of this Activity. You agree that submission of an Entry in the Activity constitutes agreement to these Official Rules (including the related terms as described herein). You may not submit an Entry to the Activity and are not eligible to receive the prize described in these Official Rules unless you agree to these Official Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Planet Soho with respect to the Activity.
4. TERM
"Promote yourself" – 2013 Activity begins July 21, 2013 at 05:00:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time and ends on August 21, 2013 at 05:00:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (EST) (the " Activity Period"). Information on how to enter and prize form part of these Official Rules. By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.
5. WHO MAY ENTER
Activity is open only to individuals who have reached the age of 21 at the time of entry and who do NOT reside in a jurisdiction, in which this type of Activity is prohibited or restricted in a manner not specified herein. Employees of Planet Soho and their subsidiaries and affiliates, immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are NOT eligible. CONTEST IS VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICED IN A MANNER NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN. Planet Soho reserves the right to verify all eligibility requirements. Activity is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
6. HOW TO ENTER
6.1. To enter the Activity you must satisfy the following requirements during the Activity Period:
6.1.1. Input the requested details in the form of the landing page including "Industry, Tell us about your business and "Your business in a nutshell".
6.1.2. Publish the fully completed form by clicking the "Publish" Button.
6.1.3. Once you click the "Publish" button, the description of your business and the details you have been requested to provide will appear on your Planetsoho public profile.
6.1.4. Clicking the "Publish" button means you approve the publishing of your business description and your details on your public Planetsoho profile.
6.1.5. If you would like to get more publicity for your business, you can share the description of your business and your Planetsoho profile with your friends, by clicking the "Share" button.
6.1.6. After clicking the "Share" button, click the "Allow" button. By clicking the "Allow" button you acknowledge and confirm that some details from facebook are received by Planet Soho.
6.1.7. If you want to remove your Entry please send an email to: [email protected].
6.1.8. Additional measures of removing and/or editing your Entry may be forwarded to you as Planet Soho shall deem fit.
6.1.9. You may not upload any file, image, video and alike to the Activity landing page, via the form or otherwise.
6.2. For purposes of this Activity, each entry together with the description of the "promote yourself activity" will be called collectively an "Entry" provided you have clicked the "Publish" button. (Even if your profile is complete already and you have no edits or add ups). All Entries must be submitted and received by August 21, 2013 at 05:00:00 a.m. EST. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
6.3. The Entries will remain on the public Planet Soho's website also after the conclusion of the Activity, for such period of time as shall be decided by Planet Soho.
6.4. The Entry form must not violate the rights of any other person or company by using their trademarks, copyrights logos, names or images, or feature any recognizable person;
7. Entry Forms
7.1. The Entry form must NOT contain, content and description that:
7.1.1. is sexually explicit, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic;
7.1.2. promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing) or a particular political agenda;
7.1.3. is obscene or offensive;
7.1.4. defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
7.1.5. contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others;
7.1.6. contains copyrighted materials owned by others;
7.1.7. communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or violates any law;
7.1.8. contains any material that is infringing, obscene, threatening, offensive, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious, including material that is harmful to children or violates third party privacy rights;
7.1.9. contains any non-public or personally-identifiable data regarding an individual's financial or economic identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, medical or physical identity, including any information comprised of either "Protected Health Information" subject to and defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or a third party's first name and last name, or first initial and last name, in combination with any one or more of the following data elements that relate to such individual: Social Security number, driver's license number or state-issued identification card number, financial account number, or credit or debit card number, with or without any required security code, access code, personal identification number or password, that would permit access to a resident's financial account;
7.1.10. contains, as determined by us, in our sole and absolute discretion, any content that does not comply with these Official Rules. We reserve the right to reject any Entry, in our sole and absolute discretion, that we determine does not meet the above criteria.
7.2. You may not send, store, publish, post, upload or otherwise transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any systems, data, personal information or property of another.
7.3. You may not (i) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Activity Landing page via which the Activity is activated or managed; or (ii) use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
7.4. Planet Soho reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any Entry and/or entrant (including an entrant's identity and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Planet Soho to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. WINNERS SELECTION
8.1. The 1000th entrant will be selected as the winner.
8.2. The Activity winner will be publicly announced on August 29th, 2013. The winner shall receive e-mail notifications on August 26th, 2013.
8.3. In the event the winner is unable or is not eligible for any reason to receive the prize, cannot be traced or does/do not respond within five (5) days to a winner notification, then the 10001st winner prize shall be promoted to first place and so force until the price will be granted to the eligible winner.
8.4. Planetsoho decision is final.
9. ACTIVITY PRIZE
9.1. The winner will be entitled to receive $1,000.
9.2. The potential Winner shall be required to sign and return within ten (10) calendar days following an attempted notification, an Affidavit, Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release and Warranty of Ownership and License in which the entrant warrants that he/she has all rights to the Entry (and all the intellectual property rights vested therein) and grants to Planet Soho and its licensees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the Entry (along with a name credit) in connection with (i) the Activity; and (ii) other marketing activities of Planet Soho WITHOUT additional compensation. Failure to execute and deliver any required documents to Planet Soho by the specified deadline may result in disqualification from the Activity, and selection of an alternate potential winner.
9.3. Winner will agree to cooperate with any marketing promotion regarding the activity "promote yourself". PR release, interviews, providing further details such as address and picture and any other reasonable marketing promotion.
9.4. Prize shall be transferred to the winner in a manner, form and at such date as shall be decided by Planet Soho, and subject to the receipt by Planet Soho from the respective winner, of all the information and details required by it for that purpose including the agreement of winner to cooperate with the promotion activity.
9.5. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winner is permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, Planet Soho, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. NONCOMPLIANCE OR RETURN OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION AS UNDELIVERABLE, WHETHER BY REGULAR MAIL OR BY EMAIL, MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER.
10. The grant of the prize to potential winner is subject to the express requirement that each such winner submits to Planet Soho all documentation requested by Planet Soho to permit it to comply with all applicable Israel and US, state, local and other foreign (including provincial) tax reporting and withholding requirements. The prize will be net of any taxes Planet Soho is required by law to withhold. All taxes imposed on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
11. RELEASES
11.1. The Entry must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Planet Soho in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry.
11.2. Upon Planet Soho request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of Planet Soho request) a signed release, authorizing Planet Soho and its subsidiaries, shareholders and licensees ("Authorized Parties") to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Activity and other promotional activities of Planet Soho, in any media now or hereafter known. All releases must be in the form provided by Planet Soho or satisfactory to Planet Soho. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification at any time during the Activity and selection of an alternate winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the failure to receive such release from an entrant shall not diminish any of Planet Soho's rights under these Official Rules, and specifically under section 11 below.
11.3. For the purposes of these Official Rules, the entrant will be deemed to be in receipt of Planet Soho request or notification within 24 hours from delivery of such request by email.
12. LICENSE
By entering the Activity, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, royaltee- free, worldwide non-exclusive license to the Authorized Parties, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the Entries (or any part thereof) in connection with the Contest and other promotional activities of Planet Soho, in any media now or hereafter known, including, but not limited to publication on www.PlanetSoho.com or via any other media. Entrants consent to Planet Soho doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrants moral rights in their entries. Display or publication of any Entry on an Authorized Party's website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use. Additionally, by entering, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with the Activity, at their sole discretion. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1. By entering this Activity, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Planet Soho and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives (the "Released Parties"), from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Activity, including, without limitation, a third party's claim or demand relating to such entrant's Entry, or any Activity -related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
13.2. Subject to any applicable law, Planet Soho assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Activity entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Planet Soho is not responsible for any failure of the Facebook website during this Activity. Nor is it responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any e-mail, online or internet entry lost due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from playing.
13.3. THE PRIZE IS GIVEN AWAY BY SOHOOS "AS IS." SOHOOS DOES NOT MAKE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO ANY PRIZE(S) OR PORTION(S) THEREOF.
13.4. Planet Soho is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, mutilated, illegible, stolen, incomplete, or misdirected Entries or for address or email address changes of entrants. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Planet Soho. Entries become the property of Planet Soho and will not be returned.
14. CONDITIONS
14.1. THIS ACTIVITY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICED IN A MANNER NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN. Entrants agree that this Activity shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the forum for any dispute shall be in the State of Israel. To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or on connection with this Activity are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. Certain restrictions may apply. Entries void if Planet Soho determines the Entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft or do not meet the terms of these Official Rules.
14.2. By entering, entrants also agree that the decisions of Planet Soho are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Activity.
15. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND ACTIVITY
If for any reason Planet Soho is not capable of carrying out the Activity, for any reason, Planet Soho reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Activity. If Planet Soho elects to cancel or terminate the Activity, Planet Soho will not retain any rights in the submitted Entry.
16. DATA PRIVACY
16.1. Entrants agree that personal information, especially name and address and public profile info may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Activity and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules or in Planet Soho' Terms and Conditions located at http://www.planetsoho.com/about-us/terms-of-service/. The information may also be used by Planet Soho in order to verify the entrant's identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the entrant's eligibility to participate in the Activity.
16.2. REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Planet Soho to mail skill contests or sweepstakes. Electing to have an individual's name excluded from all such lists, can be done by sending an email to [email protected] and requesting to be removed from such lists. This notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all skill contests or sweepstakes by Planet Soho to such individual.
16.3. NOTE: This Activity is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Planet Soho.
