What is Soho VIP?
Soho Premium is a suite of tools designed to take your business to the next level.
Your Soho Premium membership also entitles you to great discounts and deals from our partner businesses.

Who should use Soho Premium?
All SOHOs—and everyone who wants to become a SOHO—who want to make their business better, faster, and easier to run. Soho Premium offers you more customers, more peace of mind, and more flair.

Who can use partner discounts?
All Soho Premium members automatically qualify for partner discounts. Due to partner location restrictions, certain partnerships are only available in the United States.

How do I start using my Soho Premium features?
Many of your Soho Premium features are activated automatically. To see all your benefits and set your preferences, go to My Account > Settings > Purchased Items.

What is a PlanetSoho VIP Card?
When you sign up for Soho VIP, you’ll get a link to your personalized PlanetSoho VIP Card. Print it out and put it in your wallet, so you can use it whenever you visit participating partner businesses.
Bring your PlanetSoho VIP card to a FedEx Office location, and you can have it laminated for free (call first; not all stores have a lamination machine).

Where is my PlanetSoho VIP Card?
After you sign up for Soho Premium, just go to My Account > Settings > PlanetSoho VIP. Then click Print your card.

What is this number on my PlanetSoho VIP Card?
Use the ten-digit ID number on your PlanetSoho VIP Card to get up to 30% off at FedEx Office locations across the US and online.

How do I use my discounts and other benefits?
When you sign up for Soho Premium, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to redeem your discounts at participating businesses.

What is Soho Storefront?
Soho Storefront is a beautifully designed online shop that lets you sell your products and services online.

What do the Email Marketing Solution numbers mean, exactly?
The numbers are the total number of emails you can send per month with each bundle. Soho Basic users can try the Email Marketing Solution for free. Soho Bronze members can send group emails to up to 100 people per month. Soho Silver members can send group emails to up to 1,000 people per month. Soho Gold members can send group emails to up to 3,000 people per month.

What’s the deal with Data Backup?
All PlanetSoho members’ account info is automatically backed up and kept safe in the cloud. Soho Premium members can choose to receive a weekly email containing their account data in a CSV file, which can be managed in any spreadsheet program (e.g. Microsoft Excel).

What is the difference between the Basic Set and the Full Set of Designer Invoice Templates?
The Basic Set contains four invoice templates. The Full Set contains an additional eight custom-designed invoice templates.
